Items out of Stock
I do my best to keep the stock levels up to date on the website but this might not always be 100% accurate. If in stock I'll aim to dispatch to you within 5 working days. However if we are out of stock on any item you will be advised and the remainder of your order will be dispatched as soon as it becomes available. You will not be charged for additional delivery.
Please allow the maximum delivery period (outlined above) before contacting us about a missing order. Please note we do not take responsibility for lost items in standard post, only items which have been sent by our courier. Orders over 2kg will be sent via DPD courier which is signed for and recorded. Under 2kg will be sent via Royal mail.
Do not accept any package if it appears damaged in any way, and please notify us within 7 days of delivery if you have refused the package, or if items are missing from the package.
We would recommend signing for any package as 'unexamined' and in the event of a claim against the courier, you may have to answer queries from them as we do not accept responsibility for compensation.
All prices shown on this site are inclusive of VAT at 20% and are subject to change without prior notice. Prices are in GBPounds £ and any currency conversion will be carried out by your card provider. Any currency conversions on this site are approximate and are for guidance only.
Please note that an extra charge may be levied as import duty or other taxes for products shipped outside the UK. These charges, or any other issues as a result of import legislation are the responsibility of the purchaser.

I gladly accept returns. Contact me within: 14 days of delivery. Send items back within: 30 days of delivery. I don't accept exchanges or cancellations but please contact me if you have any problems with your order. The following items can't be returned or exchanged because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Conditions of return Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Custom Orders

Please note, when I make a custom item it may take some time (two and four weeks) to find the best materials and to make your item perfect. Please allow extra time on production and delivery of custom orders.
